He arrived on time and despite me living in a three story flat, he managed to lift all of his equipment up the stairs with his colleague (I didn’t catch her name!!) I left Andrew and his colleague in my flat to take the dog out (before she made even more mess!) When I came back home, the results of the clean were absolutely outstanding. See pictures.
